What? You are banning writers who have published in a different Medium publication because you think that publication has somehow faked followers? If you believe people or publications can fake followers, shouldn't you be discussing with Medium? Do you have some evidence of such nefarious activity? Wouldn't writers who had been published by these publications be other victims?

I have an article or two published in Illumination, but never saw anything from them encouraging me to follow the pub or writers in it. I'm curious to understand more about what your compaint with them is.
