This is your only statement that I disagree with. People who are giving you scripts to be happy with, often do care about you. Sometimes they care so much that they struggle to be happy if they think you are unhappy.

Having stated my different opinion on that one statement, overall this is an amazing article where you captured the messages that we all hear about how we are 'supposed' to act, be, feel.

Many claps in the name of people being different with different needs. No more scripts, just a wide open life.
