So if I Clap for this article and indicate my approval, does that run contrary to you writing the article and stating your beliefs, just because you want to?

Yes, my need for approval affects what I do, even though I take pride in my ability to think independently. When I pour heart and soul into an article, such as: What Happened to Marie Yovanovitch and The Power of Truth, I desperately crave some acknowledgement, some approval for it. Part of it is a need for approval and part of it is because communication or offering up a service is meant to be a two-way thing.

I offer my skills, my thoughts to the world and look to see if what I offered resonated with anyone. If the answer is no, then maybe I need to consider offering something different.

We are a tribal people, that is absolutely true. It can be a huge source of strength for us, but yes, it can also limit (‘kill’ is a strong word, but an attention-grabber) our vision, our future

Thanks for writing this piece.
