I must say this simple statement has stuck with me since I read it yesterday. For me it's 1 or 2 glasses of wine a day that have become the norm and not having anything to drink had become the exception. I realize now that I need to invert what's my normal habit and what's the exception or I'll continue to be carrying around the leftover food stores. I also don't pay as much attention to protein as you suggest. That can be my next shift. Thanks for the article.
